2 rounds for time: (teams of 3)

1. Team Med Ball throw 110 yards
(throw, do jumping jacks until the other 2 guys throw, chase the ball, make your throw, jumping jacks until they complete their throws, and so on.)
2. Pull ups-60 between team
3. 110 yard med ball throw
4. Double Unders-180 between team
5. 110 yard med ball throw
6. Kettlebell swings- 120 two handed swings between team
