CrossFit WOD 06/04/2015

Updates to Unit 2 Schedule:

The new changes to the Unit 2 CrossFit Schedule have given us new opportunities:

  • “Bring a friend” – Monday & Friday 7p.m. – June 8th & 12th
  • Advanced Classes – Tuesday & Thursday at 7p.m.
  • Park WOD’s – Sunday 4th June

“Bring a friend” – Wednesday 10th June & Friday 12th June 7p.m. Class
Do you have a friend or colleague who is always asking you about CrossFit? Asking why you’re not eating carbs for lunch or why your arms are so ripped? This is the chance for them to come and experience a CrossFit class and train with you. The workout will be a team or partner WOD and will be scalable for any level athlete.

Advanced Classes  – Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7p.m (Starting June 9th)
Tuesday and Thursday 7p.m. will be an Advanced Class. It will be open to all athletes, however, there will be limited fundamentals coaching and it will have a more advanced workouts. Therefore, it is recommended for high level intermediate and advanced athletes.

*athletes are required to arrive early for class and warm-up and mobilize in order to begin the WOD’s at 7p.m (there will be no group warm-up)

Park WODSunday June 14th – Piedmont Park
Back by popular demand, the park WOD’s return. This month we will start with 1 Park WOD on Sunday June 14th at 10:00am in Piedmont Park. The WOD is open to ALL Unit 2 Fitness Members, Family & Friends. Join us for lunch at Willy’s after.

*Meet at Unit 2 at 9:30 or at the Gates of Piedmont Park (Gate: Piedmont Av & 12th St) at 10:00am.
