CrossFit WOD 06/01/2015



Class Schedule Change From Monday June 1st 2015. 

All Evening Classes will now be Monday to Friday at  5, 6 & 7p.m.

On-Ramp will remain the same at 7:30 PM Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays.

(This will be trialed for the month of June)
