PKP is leaving Unit 2 CrossFit to move to San Francisco.

Buy In 100 Double Unders / 200 Single Unders
Then:
3 Rounds
10  Power Clean 155/125 – 135/95 – 85/65
15  Kipping Pull-Ups / Jumping Pull-Ups
20 Pistols / Box Pistols or 40 Squats
Then:
Buy Out 100 Double Unders / 200 Single Unders
