In honor of Memorial Weekend and even though he will hate to be called an American Hero, we think Jeff Boudreaux who served the U.S.A and makes Unit 2 Fitness and Unit 2 CrossFit a better place everyday deserves his own Hero WOD.

Just like the man himself, you will have to be a beast to RX his bad boy!

If the gym is closed due to flooding this will be Saturdays HERO WOD!
