CrossFit WOD 04/01/2013

Run an ultra-marathon (60miles) backwards wearing nothing but a 20lbs vest and knee high argyle socks

then

300 muscle ups for time

April Fools!   Here is the real WOD…

Run 1 mile

then

Five rounds for time of:
15 Medicine ball cleans, 20 pound ball
15 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
