Teams of 2: 26 min AMRAP

Partner A runs while partner B does max reps of the movement 1 , then they switch and partner B runs while partner A does max reps of movement 1. Same pattern continues for Each movement, if you complete all before 26 mins starts back at movement 1.

  1. 400m Run & AMRAP Cleans & Jerk @135
  2. 400m Run & AMRAP Back Squat @135
  3. 400m Run & Double Unders
  4. 400m Run & Burpees

Each rep is worth 1.
