Only 1 person may be working at any given time. Workout must be performed in order. Teammates to NOT have to do equal work.
- 300 air squats
- 200 plate situps (use 45/25# plate)
- 100 ground-to-overheads (use a 75/45# barbell; bring bar from ground to overhead any way you can)
- 50 burpees
