CrossFit WOD 03/16/2013

Teams of 2 for time
Only 1 person may be working at any given time. Workout must be performed in order. Teammates to NOT have to do equal work.

  • 300 air squats
  • 200 plate situps (use 45/25# plate)
  • 100 ground-to-overheads (use a 75/45# barbell; bring bar from ground to overhead any way you can)
  • 50 burpees
