CrossFit WOD 03/09/2013

20min AMRAP:

1st base: 6 KB snatches 53/35 (3 per arm)
2nd base: 250m run
3rd base: 10 OHS 45/35
Home: 5 strict pullups

2 teams. Each member advances to each base doing overhead walking lunges (45/25). Once 5 pullups are completed at home plate, 1 run is scored. Teams send one member at a time to start in the beginning. Once the runner passes first base, the next member can start. After each person has started, runners may lap/pass each other.
