CrossFit WOD 03/02/2013

Teams of 2
10 rounds:
Complete 40 wall balls in 2 minutes. One member rests while the other does wall balls. Members switch at the minute mark. If team does not finish 40 in 2 minutes, a penalty is marked. After 10 rounds (20 minutes), team has to run 400m per penalty. If total penalty is 3200m or more, team splits the total distance.
