CrossFit WOD 02/22/2014

Teams of 2
Each station is a 2 minute AMRAP with a 1 min break between each station. Only 1 partner working at a time. While 1 partner is working the other partner holding 25/45# dumbbells in each hand

1. Tire Flips
2. bunny hops over hurdles
3. rope climbs
4. burpee pull ups
5. Wall Balls
6. Back Extensions
7. Rowing (1 min per partner)
