Squat Clean, 1 rep
Bench press, 1 rep
Overhead squat, 1 rep

This is the last 1RM max day for a while.  Really, show up, its important.

    Is there any way we can see the week’s WODs all at once? I promise I’m not trying to skip any. I just want to see when we’re doing the girl WODs so I can make sure I’m there…. trying to track my progress in them.
