Women's Muay Thai

Unit 2 Fitness offers Muay Thai boxing for women. These classes are similar to our regular classes, however, women only may attend and the techniques used are specifically for women.  This class is a great way for you to increase your confidence and learn self defense. You will learn how to punch, kick, knee, elbow, and wrestle while standing up to avoid being thrown to the ground.

Class Length: 60 minutes
Attire: Muay Thai shorts
Equipment Needed: Mouth guard, groin protector, shin guards, boxing gloves, and wraps, jump rope, and head gear.
