No Gi MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Class

This class combines Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and Judo. This class is for people who want to train with out the Gi and experience what it is like to train MMA.  In this class you will learn submission wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts techniques.

Class Length: 60 minutes
Attire: Board shorts, rash guard
Equipment Needed: Hand wraps, jump rope, mouth guard, groin protector, and MMA training gloves

Experience Needed: None.  However, it is a good idea to have some grappling experience (wrestling, BJJ, Judo, etc.) before training no gi.
