No Gi MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) ClassThis class combines Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and Judo. This class is for people who want to train with out the Gi and experience what it is like to train MMA. In this class you will learn submission wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts techniques.
