Muay Thai

As the national sport of Thailand, Muay Thai is similar to kickboxing, however it also employs knees, elbows, and clinch work. We stress ring control and ring movement in the classes so that if you choose to compete you will be properly prepared for ring competition. The classes are taught in our Muay Thai room that features a 26 foot competition boxing ring, heavy bags, and large mat space for shadow boxing.
