|Unit 2 Fitness offers martial arts classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu taught by Roberto Traven. BJJ is the premier ground fighting martial art and has proven it’s self countless times in professional fighting, self-defense, and combat.
||Muay Thai boxing is the national sport of Thailand. It is also called the Science of 8 limbs because it uses Knees, Kicks, Elbows, and Punches. Thai boxing has become the de facto standard striking method for most serious MMA fighters.

|Unit 2 offers women’s only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense classes. This class teaches movements and techniques that will defeat larger and more powerful opponents.
||HEMA, or Historical European Martial Arts, is a broad term encompassing the movement to reconstruct Europe’s martial heritage by studying surviving sources, like fighting manuals and other literature, and then applying what we learn to non-cooperative sparring. HEMA can include anything from sword fighting or fencing, archery, daggers, wrestling, and even jousting.

Unit 2 consistently produces champions at the local, national, and international levels.
