We offer personal training at our Atlanta gym for customers that prefer the one on one attention rather than group classes. We offer programs for people looking to get into shape, enhance their skills for CrossFit and technical lifting, and or enhance their martial arts skills. Many of our clients use PT as a supplement to group classes for enhanced skill building.

Our highly trained instructors are all certified by leading bodies including the National Strength and Conditioning Association, CrossFit, and American College of Sports Medicine. Additionally most of the trainers have 4-year degrees in sports and exercise related fields and while some have Masters Degrees in sports and exercise related fields. Our Martial Arts trainers are professional fighters, black belts, and several are multi-time World Champions. Our elite trainers can help you meet your goals!
