With your goals in mind one-on-one or group programs are specifically designed for you. Finding your personal limits is tough. Many people either cannot or will not push themselves to their limit each session. Unit 2 Fitness personal trainers excel at motivating members to reach their goals in a safe and effective manner because they draw upon years of strength and conditioning, martial arts, and athletic competition experience.

Lean muscle is critical for your overall fitness.  For every pound of fat, your body burns only 5 calories per day, but for every pound of muscle, your body burns between 35 to 50 calories per day.  While cardio burns calories, weight training increases your metabolism.  Simply put by doing personal training and gaining muslce you will lose fat weight.
