Unit 2 introduces fitness 360˚

Fitness 360 is a combination of agility training, resistance training, boot camp, and interval training.  This class is designed to increase your strength, coordination, balance, quickness, power, and overall athleticism.  This is an excellent addition to your training program that will increase your lean muscle.  We offer this class in lieu of a traditional boot camp because of the added benefit and increased effectiveness of having access to resistance training equipment.  

Lean muscle is critical for your overall fitness.  For every pound of fat, your body burns only 5 calories per day, but for every pound of muscle, your body burns between 35 to 50 calories per day.  While cardio burns calories, weight training increases your metabolism.

•  Sculpt and tone your body
•  Help you lose weight
•  Change the shape of your body
•  Boost your strength and energy
•  Increase bone density to prevent osteoporosis
•  Increase blood circulation to combat cellulite on thighs and glutes

Class Length: 50 minutes
Attire: Athletic.  Shoes are optional but must be mat only shoes.  Wrestling, martial arts, and boxing shoes only for classes at gym.  If the weather is nice we sometimes go to Peidmont Park and for those days regular sneakers are needed.
