Yoga

Our yoga class is an eclectic combination of yoga with dynamic bodyweight exercises derived from martial arts movements. Breathing is the key to life and the main focus of the class is to develop powerful deep breathing, sinewy strength, and fearless flexibility. Our instructor is a Muay Thai fighter in addition to being a yoga instructor. His class is designed to help people develop the flexibility needed to succeed at martial arts.

Class Length: 50 minutes
Attire: Athletic, no shoes
