When you train at Unit 2, you are serious about fitness.  You don’t need to be in shape to get in shape, but  you do need to be ready to push yourself and work hard.  There are plenty of gyms for people who want to coast through an easy workout.  Unit 2 isn’t one of them.  Unit 2 is for people who want results and are willing to work for them!

There is no fitness level requirement in order to train at Unit 2.

CrossFit at Unit 2Unit 2’s CrossFit class is a strength and conditioning program that combines weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebell training, plyometrics, rowing, and medicine ball training. Unit 2 CrossFit uses CrossFit methodologies combined with the strength and conditioning used for combat athletes. Our program was voted Best CrossFit gym by the readers of Creative Loafing. Kickboxing Classes at Unit 2 in Atlanta Unit 2’s kickboxing class has been voted the Best Cardio Class in Atlanta. Our unique approach gives you a high intensity class taught by skilled fighters.  This is a 50 minute high intensity workout that includes punching and kicking on a heavy bag mixed with calisthenics, plyometric and flexibility drills.
Personal Training
We offer personal training at our Atlanta gym for customers that prefer the one on one attention rather than group classes.  We offer programs for people looking to get into shape, enhance their skills for CrossFit and technical lifting, and or enhance their martial arts skills.  Many of our clients use PT as a supplement to group classes for increased skill building.

People who take our fitness classes range in age from 14 to 67 and cover every fitness level. We get results.  It isn’t about who you are today, it’s about what you are willing to do to become who you want to be.  Our testimonials page has examples of people losing 50-100lbs in their 1st year training with Unit 2.
