When you train at Unit 2, you are serious about fitness. You don’t need to be in shape to get in shape, but you do need to be ready to push yourself and work hard. There are plenty of gyms for people who want to coast through an easy workout. Unit 2 isn’t one of them. Unit 2 is for people who want results and are willing to work for them!
There is no fitness level requirement in order to train at Unit 2.
People who take our fitness classes range in age from 14 to 67 and cover every fitness level. We get results. It isn’t about who you are today, it’s about what you are willing to do to become who you want to be.
