Our fitness classes are necessarily difficult. When you train at Unit 2, you are serious about fitness. You don't need to be in shape to get started, but you do need to be mentally prepared to push yourself and work hard. There are plenty of gyms for people who choose to coast through an easy workout - Unit 2 isn't one of them. Unit 2 is for people who demand results!
There is no fitness level requirement in order to train at Unit 2.
People who take our classes range in age from 14 to 67 and cover every fitness level. We get results. We have a student who began classes never having trained hard who lost 100lbs during their first year of training at Unit 2. It isn't about who you are today. It's about what you are willing to do to become who you want to be.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that combines weightlifting, sprinting, and gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebell training, plyometrics, rowing, and medicine ball training. Unit 2 CrossFit uses CrossFit methodologies combined with the strength and conditioning used for combat athletes.

Unit 2's kickboxing has been voted the Best Cardio Class in Atlanta. Our unique brand of kickboxing is a very intense class that is taught by real fighters and should not be confused with "cardio kickboxing" found at corporate franchise gyms.

Most of our clientele comes in for our group training sessions, but we do happily offer personal training. We have coaches on the Unit 2 team that are CrossFit certified and NSCA CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach). The CSCS certification is one of the only personal training certifications that requires a 4-year degree from an accredited university as a prerequisite.
