Unit 2 Fitness is located in midtown Atlanta. Our fitness classes include kickboxing, personal training, yoga, and Fitness 360. Our trainers will help you achieve total fitness and improve your health with our cardio kickboxing class and our boot camp / workout class Fitness 360. Once in the gym our instructors will give you the instruction and training you need to reach your health and fitness goals. The classes offered in our Atlanta location focus on total fitness by increasing your cardiovascular endurance in kickboxing, your strength and agility in Fitness 360 and your flexibility in yoga. Our club trainers at Unit 2 Fitness are professional athletes, fighters, and martial artists. Every trainer actually practices what they teach in their classes. When you workout at our club you get the same instruction and training that our professional fighters and athletes receive. The programs we offer are for both men and women. Our classes have people as young as 16 and as old as 65 taking part in the workout. Our club offers a program similar to boot camp called Fitness 360. This program, for men and women, will increase your lean muscle and help you become more fit increase your health by combining strength training, agility work, calisthenics, and interval training. |
