Any generally healthy person is welcome at Unit 2. We have members age 6 to 70 that come from a variety of different fitness backgrounds. All of our martial arts programs offer beginner classes that focus on fundamentals of the art without the pressure of sparring and hard contact. Our CrossFit program has a "Skills Class". This class is a 1 hour class that is held bi-weekly and focuses on a specific CrossFit technique or movement. Our regular Kickboxing and CrossFit classes are individually scaled so that people of all fitness levels can enjoy their workout together.

Everyone has different goals as a martial artist. Most of our members are not interested in becoming professional fighters. Most of our members are here for fun, to learn the art, and for self defense. We do not require or recommend anyone doing activities that they are not comfortable with.

We pride ourselves on being simple and transparent in our business. This is why our prices are online and this is why we post so much about what we do in our gym on our website. If you need to put your membership on hold for any reason or if you need to cancel please click here.

Absolutely, we love visitors. Our drop in fee is $20. We only ask that you either call us, 404-745-3019, or email us info@unit2fitness.com, to schedule your appointment. Please show up at least 15 minutes prior to your class so we can have you fill out a liability waiver and introduce you to the instructor of the class.

Many of our members have trained with us to rehabilitate from injuries. We believe the best route to long-term recovery slowly build strength rather than avoiding activity. Our instructors will work with you to scale or substitute exercises to your abilities. We are not doctors and thus can not offer medical advice. We strongly suggest that your consult with your medical doctor before training.
