Unit 2 Fitness is Atlanta's premier martial arts and fitness gym. We opened in 2007 and since have won Creative Loafing's prestigious "Best Martial Arts Gym" award in 2008 and 2009, the Sunday Paper's Reader's Choice award for Best Gym to workout in for 2009, and Atlanta Sports and Fitness's "Best cardio class" in Atlanta award.

Our staff is comprised of World Champion martial artists who have competed at the highest levels. We are home to the legendary Master Roberto Traven. He is a multi-time Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu world champion, Pan American champion, a UFC veteran, and Abu Dhabi absolute champion. Our gym is over 11,000sq/ft and has over 90 fitness and martial arts classes per week. We offer classes in mixed martial arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai boxing, capoeira, boxing, boot camp, yoga, personal training, and fitness 360 group weight lifting. We have a full gym with free weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment.

Unit 2 Fitness: Located in Atlanta, GA. Offering classes in Muay Thai boxing, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), boxing, kickboxing, yoga, and capoeira. We also offer personal training, boot camp, and fitness 360 group weight lifting class.

 

Our gym is open 7 days a week.  We offer martial arts and fitness classes Monday - Saturday.  Our 11,000sq/ft midtown Atlanta, GA location is one of the largest and most complete martial arts gym in the South East.  Our kickboxing room has 20 Muay Thai heavy bags.  We have a competition legal 20' fight cage and a 26' boxing ring.  The gym has a full compliment of free weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment.  The midtown Atlanta gym is located at the corner of Ponce and Penn.  We are under the clinic.  Our parking lot is on Penn Ave.  The gym entrance is on the left side of the loading dock.
