CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that combines weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebell training, plyometrics, rowing, interval training, and medicine ball training. Unit 2 CrossFit uses CrossFit methodologies combined with the strength and conditioning techniques used for combat athletes. Unit 2 CrossFit was voted Best CrossFit gym by the readers of Creative Loafing. We offer a WOD class that follows our Workout of the Day and also a bi-weekly Skills Class that focuses on the essential skills of CrossFit.

Unit 2 offers classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and Historical European Martial Arts (Fencing). Unit 2 consistently produces champions at the local, national, and international level. Unit 2 has been voted Best Martial Arts Gym by the readers of various Atlanta publications in 2008, 2009, 2011, 2013, 2014, and 2015. Our BJJ team has won the past 6 consecutive IBJJF Atlanta Open tournaments.
Kickboxing | Atlanta
Unit 2's kickboxing class has been voted the Best Cardio Class by the readers of Atlanta Sports and Fitness Magazine. Our unique approach gives you a high-intensity class taught by skilled fighters. This is a 50 minute, go for the gold, workout that includes punching and kicking on a heavy bag mixed with calisthenics, plyometric and flexibility drills. The bag work drills used in this class are the same as what our professional fighters use for training. Kickboxing burns upwards of 900 calories per class.
